**The Role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Organisational Development Professional to join a dedicated and experienced People and Leadership team. This position will provide support across the full OD function and is spread across the employee life cycle, with a focus on DE&I, Giving Back and Change Management.

Working closely with the Head of OD and senior leadership teams, this role is designed to make a difference through valuable insights, action and expert advice.

This includes:

- Spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Organisational change leadership
- Design and delivery of Giving Back initiatives
- Overseeing key organisational programs of work (project work)
- Design, delivery, and on occasion, facilitation of leadership development programs

In conjunction we are needing someone with:

- Generalist HR experience (2+ years)
- Some experience in design and facilitation of training programs
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience embedding DE&I culture change programs/initiatives
- Project management experience (highly advantageous)
