**Job Description**:
**In this role at Voice Project, you will**:
- Support clients as a trusted expert advisor on workplace culture.
- Depending on your level of experience you will work with smaller or larger more complex clients.
- Administer, analyse and report on workplace surveys including engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, diversity, leadership 360, and client service quality surveys.
- Manage existing client accounts and support sales to new clients.
- Actively participate in our internal product development.
- Be coached by a more senior consultant who will support your personal and professional development.
**Qualifications**:
**You are the ideal person for this role if you have**:
- An interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing and performance.
- An aptitude for working with technology systems and data.
- Customer service skills in understanding client needs and providing expert advice.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency.
- Excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail (cite Star Wars in your cover letter to show this skill).
- Ability to research and solve problems independently.
- Skills in communicating and coordinating your work as part of a close team.
- Relevant work experience coupled with a degree in Psychology, Business or a closely related discipline.
- Intention to stay in the role for at least 3 years.
- Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously.
- The capacity for a full-time role.
- Willingness to travel to clients and our Sydney office for occasional meetings.
- Australian citizenship, residency or a clear pathway to residency.
