**About the Company**
Gain valuable real-life experience working with a large NSW government organisation as a records & Information manager. This role is based in Parramatta and is a 6-month contract paying up to $950 p/D + super.
**About the Role**
- Provide a high level of records management support across the Commission to ensure the preservation of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of records
- Provide timely, accurate information and support to customer
- Establishing effective relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations to ensure customer service standards are being met or exceeded.
**About You**
- Previous stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Escalate issues, keep informed, advise and receive instructions
