**About the team and what we've done so far**:
The Video Experiences team has bold ambitions to shape the future of video experiences, delivering world-class OTT solutions for our clients that deliver powerful video streaming experiences across a variety of devices.

Some of our clients include Bally Sports in the USA, BritBox International (USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries), beIN (Middle East and North Africa) and DRTV (Danish Broadcasting).

**About the products**:
You will be designing for AXIS and MTRIBES, two of products, part of our video OTT (Over-The-Top) portfolio solutions. AXIS is our user experience platform, delivering a solution to configure design, navigation, and content of OTT entertainment platforms at any scale, which translates to personalised and targeted customer facing experiences.

MTRIBES is one of our newest products, designed to deliver powerful and sophisticated user hyper segmentation and targeting capabilities to existing apps to help our clients to monitor customer engagement in their existing technology stack.

**What you will do**:

- Search for and identify high impact problems to solve through research and help us defining the right problem to tackle, exploring ideas for how to solve it and then refining it into a coherent and validated solution;
- Evolve products and features based on users' needs, customer feedback, usability testing, and insight from UX designers.
- Encourage the team to use data and user feedback to validate design decisions; As part of our design culture, we want you to help us continuously improve and mature our design process, educating the wider team about our best practises.
- Work proactively in collaboration with our squads and design team communicating effectively with product managers, engineering and delivery teams, across Australia, London, Prague and around, gathering and evaluating user requirements and questioning them if you need to.
- Help engineers fine-tune their implementation. Review the results across all devices.
- Design holistic experiences across a wide array of devices and screen formats: from the web, mobile, and tablet to the latest TVs and gaming consoles, respecting guidelines, standards and best practises across platforms as well as addressing accessibility requirements for each of them (mouse, touch, keyboard, TV remote, voice);
- Present ideas in first stages of conceptualisation to our fellow Designers in Deltatre's units, converting feedback into actionable items if needed.
- Contribute to our Figma design system by building modular, reusable components that work well together.
- Inform and document your design rationale / decisions to the Design team as well as to wider group of stakeholders.
- Showcase your work and achievements to the group.

**Requirements**:

- You will directly influence and shape the way our products work and look. We want you to help us evolve our current features as well as drive shipping new ones.
- You are an empathetic user advocate and can clearly articulate how user needs have driven your design rationale and decisions.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to switching priorities.
- You are skilled at Figma and have knowledge of other tools, such as Axure or Sketch and have experience in developing UI guidelines and/or design systems.
