**Product Designer at a Leading Legal Technology Innovator**:
**Role Overview**: Join this trailblazing team as a Product Designer, where you'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience of groundbreaking legal tech products. This position places you at the heart of innovation, collaborating closely with our award-winning Product, Design, and Development teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the user experience design for multiple products, crafting high-fidelity designs and user journeys.
- Develop and execute research plans, conducting comprehensive user research to inform design decisions for new and existing products.
- Synthesize research findings to uncover user insights, drive opportunities, and address user needs.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a harmonious balance between user needs and business goals.
- Champion the user's perspective, ensuring user-centric decision-making in product development.
- Contribute to and utilize the company's design system, promoting consistency across different products.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in SAAS product design, operating in a LEAN UX environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with whiteboarding tools such as Figjam or Miro.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and an understanding of HTML/CSS/REACT, responsive design, and development best practices.
- An understanding of atomic design principles and working with a design system.
- Demonstrated experience with design systems, and effective research methodologies.
- A portfolio showcasing strong creative and technical design skills, with a focus on user-centered design solutions.
