The AOD Hub
This is an opportunity to be part of an
exciting and innovative
service delivered in
partnership with Armajun Aboriginal Health Service
. The Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Hub will provide specialist, culturally responsive treatment and support across the New England region, focusing on rural and regional communities.
As an
AOD Care Navigator
, you will provide person-led, culturally appropriate, evidence-based care. This includes assessments, care planning, case management, and coordinating with service providers. You will deliver support in person, by phone, and online, ensuring clients are linked to the right health, community, and support services. You will also contribute to group programs, maintain accurate records, and participate in care coordination meetings. The role involves regular travel within the region and flexibility to work from Armajun offices in Inverell, Glen Innes, or Tenterfield.
