Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to develop future process maps and training materials for a new Payroll system implementation.
This role is responsible for working closely with the business to understand and document current payroll processes, creating and mapping new business processes related to Definitiv, gaining an in-depth understanding of the new payroll platform, producing detailed training materials for business processes and working with the vendor to create training materials, delivering engaging training sessions on new payroll processes and system functionalities, eliciting, documenting and refining business requirements, providing clear and structured business process documentation using Visio or similar tools and being adaptable and sensitive to change guiding the business through this transition with key stakeholders.
About This Role- Proven experience in payroll system implementation is essential.
- Strong ability to map business processes and document requirements.
- Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.
- A natural trainer and confident presenter who can educate users at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented capturing and documenting unstructured business knowledge.
- Adaptable empathetic and skilled at managing change in a business transformation setting.
