This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart or accelerate your career in business analysis, supporting the delivery of transformative business and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and fuel innovation across the bank.About the RoleAs an Associate Business Process Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to support process mapping and process improvement initiatives across the wider program, define business requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed 'As-Is' process maps for key workflowsSupport the analysis of business processes and help identify areas for improvementAssist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholdersContribute to documentation including business cases, process flows, and functional specsCollaborate with teams across the business to ensure solutions meet requirementsWhat You'll BringA strong background in process mapping and process improvementA tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detailOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindsetWhat's On Offer:12 months+ contract, with a view to extendLocated in SydneyHybrid work mode to get your best work done
