**Description**:
**The opportunity**:
We have a fantastic role for a Social Media Specialist to join an established marketing team that is driven by growth and innovation and working to help some of our most vulnerable Australians. You will be supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and the broader Marketing & Team with the development and execution of social media campaigns and content on various platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram), across the Arriba Group and sister companies AimBig Employment, Rehab Management and LiveBig. This is a unique opportunity in that you'll also be working directly with our CEO Marcella to plan out her social media content and strategy so it is an opportunity to learn and work closely with a phenomenal leader in the healthcare space.

So what will you be up to on a day to day basis?

Developing digital marketing material (video, static images) using the Adobe Creative Suite for deployment on CMS and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube )
Creating and curating content for social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and other platforms including the advocacy platform.
Creating and managing with business input the social media content calendar aligned with the agree content pillars and ensure business sign-off of content.
Liaising with senior leader within the business to ensure content reflects the current business strategy and activity.
Monitoring daily client feedback and comment and responding (with business input) in a timely manner
Work with the Digital marketing manager on strategies to grow the number of platforms utilised and our followership base.
Completing daily checks on our platforms and website whilst investigating and correcting any issues.
Support the Digital Marketing manager and Campaign Manager in campaign development and boosting.
Assist with performance reporting for digital marketing campaigns and social including social media metrics, (e.g engagement, reach, and ROI) and use data to inform future strategies.
Support the Digital Marketing Manager on large website enhancement projects.
Copywriting of blog articles where required and play an active role in the editorial committee.
Play an active role as part of the marketing team, being able to step in to support other team members when required including supporting tender and award submissions.

**Skills and Experiences**:

A marketing professional with a passion for digital / online strategy and lead generation.
- Ideally you'll have done your first role in social media already and you are looking to step up your career
- Ideally you'll have a tertiary qualification
- Strong technical knowledge (e.g. social media growth strategies, marketing principles, market trends, content & data visualisation techniques, CMS)
- Commercial knowledge of Google Analytics & Facebook Advertising
