Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role involves developing and implementing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media calendars, and analyzing performance data to inform future marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms
  • Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting and optimal engagement
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance data to inform future marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media marketing efforts with other marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing (agency or client-facing ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of Paid + Organic Social strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Confident communicator with proven client management and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and creatively driven
