About the Role: As a CRM Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
You'll be responsible for executing targeted campaigns, supporting lifecycle strategies, and enhancing our loyalty program.
Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and brand advocacy, making a meaningful impact on our customers and our business.

What You Will Do: Deliver and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels using Emarsys or similar CRM platformsSet up and support automated lifecycle journeys and customer segmentation strategiesCollaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely asset deliveryConduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectivenessMaintain dashboards and campaign reports, translating complex data into actionable insightsAssist in loyalty program communications, promotions, and member engagement trackingWork cross-functionally with eCommerce, Brand, and Customer Service teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals Who You Are: You bring 2-3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketingProficient in Emarsys or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflowsYou have a strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketingYou're analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou take initiative, work autonomously, and communicate effectively across teamsBonus points if you have experience in fashion eCommerce, A/B testing tools, or loyalty programsCaring, Connected, and GrowingAt Modibodi, we believe in supporting both your professional journey and personal well-being as we work together to create a healthier, safer world.
