- $180K circa package

Tandem Partners is proud to be partnering with a global ASX-listed manufacturing business that is headquartered here in Melbourne. This 6 - 9 month contract will provide key solutions across ANZ in HR Services, HR Systems and generalist practices, whilst managing and mentoring a small team of advisors.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting escalated people related issues to determine process, practice or system improvements
- Employee experience suite of templates and guideline development
- Working with external partners to ensure high quality HR services
- Coaching and guiding team on complex processes
- Acting as a functional leader across services and systems to the business

This role is ideal for a Business Partner who has a background in HR tech/systems or a HR Shared Services professional.
