Job Description

The Role: Recruitment and HR Operations Manager.

This is an interim position for a short-term period as a Recruitment and HR Operations Manager. The role will be hybrid, with around 2-3 days spent in the office based in Heidelberg and the rest worked from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team of HR Advisors and HR Coordinators, providing regular check-ins, problem-solving, and escalation points.
  • Senior HR generalist experience in a commercial environment, with operational and strategic experience.
  • Strong workplace relations and IR expertise.
  • Credible advisory experience, influencing and partnering with executive leaders.
  • Flexible to work with day-to-day people matters and operations, including administrative tasks.
