We are seeking **Disability Support Workers** with the following attributes to join our team:

- Experience managing participants with complex care needs and manual handling requirements.

In this role, you will be providing care to participants with medical and physical support needs. You'll play a vital role in creating an environment that fosters personal growth and independence, while connecting individuals with opportunities to thrive.

Key Role Features
- **25+ hours per week** of paid employment, with shifts available throughout the week, including sleepovers.

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory Onboarding Documents**:

- Certificate III in Disability Services (or at least 12 months of relevant experience).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (_NDIS Quality, Safety & You_).
- Working With Children Check (_for underage participants only_).
- Current Driver's License.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance and a reliable vehicle.

**Additional Skillsets**:

- Experience in personal care and manual handling.
- Behavioral management expertise.

**Requisites**:

- Availability for **sleepover shifts**.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Disability Support Worker in the NDIS sector.
- Current **CPR and First Aid certification**, with practical experience.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Seasonal, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Narre Warren, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
