Bright Eyes Optics, a newly opened independent optometry practice in Mona Vale, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Optical Assistant or Dispenser to join our growing team

Your key responsibilities will include:Greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and professional mannerAssisting patients in selecting frames and lens options to suit their needs and styleProviding tailored advice on lens features and benefitsHandling sales transactions and appointment bookingsKeeping the space clean, tidy, and welcomingWe'd Love to Hear from You if You:Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus)Are approachable, adaptable, and keen to learnCan communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of peopleTake initiative and enjoy being part of a close-knit teamAre reliable and motivated to build a role in the optical industryWhat We Offer:A competitive hourly rate ($28 - $40/hr depending on experience)Flexibility - part time and casual options available, with days to be discussedA positive, down-to-earth work cultureOn the job training and support to develop your skillsStaff discounts and opportunities for growth as the practice expandsReady to grow with us?
