About the role:
As a High-Value Pursuit Specialist, you will be central to delivering strategic business growth initiatives, embedding best-in-class pitch and pursuit practices, and elevating market positioning.
Lead high-value pursuits, aligning with business development strategy.
Partner with senior stakeholders to develop winning strategies and deliver persuasive client engagement tools.
Implement strategic pitch methodology across high-value opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual storytelling and client-centric presentations.
About you:
Degree qualified with 7+ years' experience in BD, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications.
Proven success in B2B environments with a strong understanding of the property landscape and client priorities.
Experience delivering content that is clever, client-focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and elevating business development strategies and content for clients.
