Carasel Towbars is a family-owned and operated Australian company established in 1956, based in Seven Hills NSW.

We manufacture and repair high quality 100% Australian made towbars and lightweight trailers. We distribute towbars Australia wide or fit to your vehicle while-u-wait at Seven Hills or Moorebank, 6 days a week. We also stock a large range of trailer parts and vehicle accessories.

We all work as a team and each and everyone is respected equally.

This role is for an immediate start.

**About the role**

What You'll DoAs our Social Media Marketer, you'll take ownership of our social media platforms, implement strategies, and ensure our brand shines online. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with brand guidelines and business goals, including market research, competitor analysis, and goal setting.
- Content Creation & Management:o Create content for videos, static posts, and stories weekly
- Optimise captions with SEO keywords and hashtag strategies.
- Schedule and post across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Actively engage after every post to build community connections.
- Manage influencer and content creator outreach to boost collaboration.
- Provide monthly analytics reports.
- Assess content performance and refine strategies to align with market trends.

What We're Looking For
- Someone with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- A creative and strategic thinker who loves social media trends and insights.
- Experience managing and growing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Strong skills in content creation.
- Passion for storytelling and building authentic brand connections.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
