Providing feedback on quality control procedures for pre-delivery work across the group Participates in dealership promotions events, field days and clinics Maintain current production practices, latest trends, changes in regulations and product knowledge of all equipment, parts and services available to customers Create solutions to optimise machine performance based on customer requirements Offer Tier 2 technical assistance for our internal service teams.
About You: The successful applicant should possess the following attributes: Experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist and / or background in Precision Ag Experience / background in construction / forestry equipment (desirable) Strong coaching, training and mentoring skills Strong communication skills with a customer focused attitude Excellent organisational skills while demonstrating a keen attention to detail Proficient in the use of standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Sales software tools About Hutcheon and PearceHutcheon & Pearce, the largest Australian family-owned John Deere dealership, with a rich history, spanning over 70 years across NSW.
