One of Australia's prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Technical Instructional Designer **to support change management activities, including engagement efforts and user research. The **Technical Instructional Designer** will functioning effectively within a cross-functional delivery team. On offer is a 6 month contract with an additional 12 month extension period.

The successful **Technical Instructional Designer **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Incorporating evaluations and feedback into training initiatives
- Fostering productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deciphering stakeholders\' needs to create suitable instructionals
- Crafting and optimising engaging training materials

The successful **Technical Instructional Designer **will have experience in the following:

- Familiarity with the Education or VET Sector, government experience is desirable
- Proven ability to execute change and engagement programs
- Relevant Change Management and Engagement qualifications, e.g., Prosci, ADKAR
- Advanced ICT build requirements understanding and adept use of DevOps and Microsoft products
