**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs.

About the Role:

  • You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, and operational design within high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Develop technical solutions for customer RFQs and proactive proposals, including effort, skills, time, and materials.
  • Provide input to project estimates across hybrid environments, considering skills, timelines, and resourcing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and estimate technical solutions for customer requests, considering multiple factors.
  • Lead requirements gathering and validation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support post-proposal activities such as clarifications and negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture/design within complex hybrid environments.
  • Proven ability to respond to RFPs and develop proactive proposals aligned with frameworks.
  • Strong expertise across enterprise IT domains, including service management, networking, computing, and cybersecurity.
