Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a suitably experienced
**Technical Instructional Designer** to support the delivery of the Apprenticeship Modernisation Delivery Plan and National Training Register.

**Duties of this role**:

- Plan, develop. Implement and optimise training products
- Analyse requirements and methodically develop training and instructional materials to match the stakeholders needs
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Integrate feedback and evaluation into the training activities and products.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine and respond to specific training needs.
- Working effectively as part of a cross-functional delivery team and supporting other change management activities.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Familiarity with the Education and / or VET Sector and experiences in working in government.
- Experience in the delivery of change and engagement programs, with a large and diverse range of stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in Change Management and Engagement
- Sound understanding of ICT build requirements and advanced user of DevOps and Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
