**About the role**
The Administration Officer will report in to our Group Executive Services Team at our Head Office in Newcastle West, and will be responsible for delivering a range of quality administration tasks for Home in Place. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the coordination of stakeholder survey data collection, analysis and reporting to report on and assess quality of services provided,
- Document administration, formatting and reporting,
- Provide administrative support and leave coverage for the department,
- Assist with collating information and preparing annual, quarterly and adhoc reports
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance systems, processes, tools, templates and methodology which support the provision of quality management systems.
**About You**
We are seeking someone who is proactive and passionate about their role, and who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will possess strong administration skills and at least intermediate level skills in MS Office products with high attention to detail and a thorough methodical, systems driven approach.
**Essential Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role; you will possess the following;
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an administration role including high volume data entry;
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to use initiative and meet deadlines;
- Experience in Adobe Suite would be advantageous;
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated with the ability to work independently;
- Experience in data validations, corrections and submissions;
- Demonstrated commitment to a customer service focused culture and the delivery of quality outcome for our stakeholders;
- Commitment to continuous process improvement practices;
- Experience in survey administration and reporting with the ability to analyse and interpret data and report findings;
- Ability to interpret and understand legislation requirements;
- Demonstrated understanding of sustainability through contributing to more efficient workplace processes;
- Demonstrated highly developed organisational and time management skills; and
- Excellent administrative, workplace etiquette, protocols, written and verbal communication skills
