**The Opportunity**

We have a great opportunity for a driven and motivated Production Team Leader to join our team in Broadmeadows. Reporting to the Production Manager this role will see you responsible for supporting and working as part of the team responsible for the Dismantling and supply of parts to Accident Repair Centres. This is a permanent full-time role providing you with opportunities for growth, stability and security

**The role includes but is not limited to**:

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership or similar role
- Lead your team to safely and efficiently deliver the production plan
- Monitor and evaluate performance throughout the shift to identify variance from the production plan and act where necessary
- Carry out inspections and job observations
- Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality
- Intermediate MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
- Provide on-job training and coaching to dismantlers
- Provide daily reporting to the Production Manager
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
