Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Wpc Group - Apprentices & Trainees Full time

Combine your love of customer service with your knack for organisation - working with a global wholesaler & distributor for air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.

Joining the team at the local Geebung distribution centre, you will provide assistance and support to trade customers, place orders and manage stock inventory. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and products to every customer, this entry-level opportunity will provide diverse learning experiences and career opportunities across administration, customer service and retail.

**About the Traineeship**:

- Full-time, 12 month traineeship with one-on-one mentoring
- Monday - Friday role, working 38 hours p/week
- Join a small, close-knit team out of the Geebung distribution centre
- Be trained across all facets of the company, including front office, inventory management and administration
- Inventory: manage stock levels, work closely with warehousing team
- Administration: filing, data entry, updating customer records
- All training provided in-house - including a Certificate III in Business upon completion

**About You**:

- Demonstrate strong communication - both written and verbal
- Passionate about customer service and support
- Proactive and organised
- Punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential
