This is an entry level position and suitable for someone who is a business graduate new to the industry that wants to start their career in a Shipping, Transport & Logistics industry and work for the best company in the industry.

**Traineeship**

**We are expanding our Quay Shipping team and are looking for an entry level **Trainee Customer Service Support Officer **that has had some or no experience or want to advance their career from being a Trainee or you may have thought of beginning a career in the shipping and logistics industry.**

**This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Shipping and Freight Forwarding Traineeship program. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get on the job training whilst studying for a nationally recognized qualification - all supported and paid for by us**

**Your Traineeship will help you**:

- **Learn about an essential industry; about International Shipping and Freight Forwarding**
- **Gain exposure into global import/export operations**
- **Understand shipping and transportation regulations**
- **Identify documents required by various governing bodies**
- **Register for shipments and liaise with international agents and customs**
- **Understand the challenges of cargo movements and how to help clients resolve issues**

**About you**

**_You need to be a recent business graduate or similar with: _**
