**_About us_**

Holiday Inn Werribee proudly showcases the Holiday Inn open lobby concept.
Situated in the heart of the Werribee city centre, being the talk of the town for Werribee and surrounds.

The hotel occupies the top 4 floors of the mixed use 11 story premises and boasts sweeping views right across to the You Yangs and Wyndham Harbour. The hotel offers 150 stylishly appointed guest rooms, gym, outdoor garden courtyard, all day dining in our Rosana Bistro & Bar and versatile conference and events spaces.

**_ What's_**_ the job?_**
- You will be responsible in leading and overseeing all hotel operations during the hours of 11pm to 7am
- Your principal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night operations
- Preparing daily reporting for hotel management, assist in reservations, room service orders and tend to any guest needs which in turn ensures they have a relaxing evening.
- Check in and check out guests providing a seamless true hospitality experience
- Ensure that our guests needs are met in a timely fashion and that our Holiday Inn brand standards are met at all times.
- We all work as one team so there will be times where you will assist with duties such as pack down and setup of our Conference and Events spaces, ensuring our public areas are spotless by vacuuming, mopping, cleaning guest toilets, making up a guest room for a late overnight arrival, early morning coffee making.
