About the Role
We're seeking a Junior Finance Manager with a strong background in management accounting to join our team.
You'll play a key role in strengthening financial operations and driving performance across the business.
Responsibilities
Lead payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, and cashflow management
Ensure timely and accurate financials, including AP and transaction-level governance
Provide regular reporting and performance commentary to stakeholders
Partner with operations teams to align rostering, invoicing, and costs with NDIS funding models
Support and mentor AP and payroll staff
Contribute to improving financial systems, governance, and internal controls
About You
3–5 years in a management accounting or similar role
Experience managing finances for a business with ~US$30M turnover
Strong understanding of payroll, labour costing, rostering, and SCHADS Award
Confident working with Xero, KeyPay, EmploymentHero, and CareMaster
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with operational leaders
Experience or willingness to learn NDIS pricing and compliance frameworks
