**Job Profile**

This exciting new role has been created to oversee all hospitality operations nationally, with a focus on continuing to go above guest expectations. We are searching for a visionary leader who achieves consistent excellence through the recruitment, training, and development of their team. The ability to monitor current global trends across the industry and incorporate them within the Four Pillars brand in order to maintain and drive standards will be critical.

In order to be successful in this role you will possess:

- A proven track record of success in a senior hospitality management role.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills and a clear understanding of employment laws, regulations, and policies.Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service standards, and sales strategies.
- Passion for the spirits industry and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining networks and relationships with tourism bodies and corporate partners.
- Sound commercial vision, financial acumen, and ability to manage costs effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel interstate as needed
