What to Expect
- The Vehicle Yard Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of a variety of channels. You will lead and coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. You will maintain accurate inventory locations, movements within agreed time frames and co-ordination with the PDI warehouse, whilst balancing costs and service levels to all stakeholders. You will be required to communicate with multiple departments and third parties, while coordinating a large volume of vehicles on site.

What You'll Do
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for logistic activities to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure premises, assets and communications are used effectively
- Work closely with 2PL and 3PL vendors, coordinating and monitoring Tesla operations
- Work within a Transport Management System to book vehicle transport and maintain data integrity
- Monitor, record, and report damage claims
- Problem solve and be able to escalate priority issues
- Work with the Tesla Logistics team to plan and track the shipment of vehicles
- Develop collaborative relationships and communicate relevant information across all levels of the organisation

What You'll Bring
- Administrative and automotive experience preferred
- Relevant experience in similar role
- Computer-savvy with an ability to work with in-house logistics software(s)
- Be able to work under high pressure and during demanding periods
- Ability to work with little supervision but within a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work across multiple systems
- Port side accreditation a distinct advantage
- Good physical fitness level to account for a large amount of walking required in all types of weather
- Must hold a full local Driver's Licence with an excellent and safe driving history
