Overview
The Coles Online Department helps get online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers.
Orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to customers in Coles delivery vans.
Responsibilities
Report to the Store Manager and take full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department.
Contribute to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members and the community.
Provide retail leadership experience and guidance to the team to support store objectives.

Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team.
Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs.
Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
Customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers.
