Overview

The Coles Online Department helps get online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. Orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to customers in Coles delivery vans.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Store Manager and take full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department.
  • Contribute to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members and the community.
  • Provide retail leadership experience and guidance to the team to support store objectives.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team.
  • Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs.
  • Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
  • Customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers.
