Click & Collect Operations Director

We're looking for a skilled professional to manage our online department. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and be able to coach and develop their team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a mid-senior level of seniority. As a Click & Collect Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the online department and contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring.
- Report to the Store Manager and take accountability for the online department.
- Provide retail leadership experience and guidance to the team to support store objectives.
- Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs.
- Leading by example and promoting a one-team culture that recognizes and celebrates success.
- Fostering a customer-obsessed environment where diverse customers feel valued and respected.
