Our client is a leading higher education institute in Bentley. They are looking for an experienced Learning Technologies Support Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a large organization.

Location: Bentley
Contract start date: ASAP
Contract end date: 3 months (possibly extended)
Pay rate: $35-$40ph plus super
Hours: Monday - Friday (full time hours)

**The Role**:

- Provide first-point-of-contact for the schools' learning management systems in addition to learning technology queries. (Blackboard - Learn)
- Provide guidance and assistance to academic staff in optimising the use of digital technologies for learning.
- Analyse, diagnose and solve issues and prevent user problems associated with technical support of learning and teaching technologies including Blackboard, Collaborate and Echo360.
- Provide a high quality, customer-focused service, adopting a proactive approach to encourage the use of technologies in ways that will enhance the teaching and learning experience, so the ability to communicate clearly with staff and students is vital to the role.
- Assist in building the schools SharePoint pages, list and power automate flows.
- General AV and IT support.

**The Person**:
You will have the ability and demonstrated experience in:

- 12 months minimum experience as a Learning Technologies Support Officer (desirable)
- Experience trouble shooting technologies such as Blackboard, Collaborate, Echo360.
- Great communication skills.
- Experience working in a university or TAFE would be highly desirable.
