Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Learning Technology Strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital learning technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with HR and IT teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust learning technology ecosystem that aligns with business needs and learner requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly learning technologies supporting global learning initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration of learning technologies with other enterprise systems, resolving issues as needed.
  • Analyze learning data accuracy, build dashboards, and reports to evaluate learning impact, informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Negotiate with external vendors to manage licenses, upgrades, feature rollouts, and support tickets, maintaining current and effective tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal stakeholders on using learning technologies effectively.
  • Evaluate new tools and features to enhance learner engagement, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience in digital learning technology, instructional technology, or related software development roles in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, SCORM/xAPI content standards, and integrated enterprise HR and learning platforms.
