**About your new role**:
**Duties**:

- Manage sales inquiries and provide high-quality sales counseling.
- Promote and showcase available accommodation and amenities.
- Collaborate with Community Services & Housing to maximise sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure prospective residents understand the financial and tenure aspects of retirement living.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans.
- Maintain client information confidentiality and accuracy.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales and achieving sales targets.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with databases and report generation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Previous experience managing a small team with growth potential and excellent conflict resolution skills
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in Retirement Living, property services, community/aged care.
- Sales experience in property or similar fields.
- Knowledge of the Retirement Living Act and Regulations.
