Inheritance Lawyer | Founder and Director of Empower Wills & Estate Lawyers

We are seeking a Wills and Estates Solicitor with 3+ years' experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting and managing work in all areas of Wills and Estates including estate planning, estate litigation, and estate administration. Salary is $130,000-$190,000 plus super, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Estate planning - both simple and complex, asset protection, and restructuring.
  • Estate litigation - including family provision claims (acting for the plaintiff and the estate), contested grants, and judicial advice applications.
  • Estate administration - including applying for grants (simple and complex) and advising executors/administrators/beneficiaries on the administration of estates.

Mandatory criteria
  • Have completed or currently completing a Masters of Applied Laws in Wills & Estates through the College of Law.
  • Experienced - 3+ years in Wills and Estates (other areas of law are of no interest).
  • Proficient with Hutley\'s Australian Wills Precedents.
  • Experience with Smokeball Legal Software.
  • Candidate must live in Sydney metro area.
  • Someone who prides themselves on client satisfaction.
  • High level of autonomy and the ability to manage matters from conversion to conclusion.
