**Commercial Account Manager - HVAC**

Based in the suburb of Perth, WA

**The Role**:
Commercial Account Manager will report to State Manager, focusing on commercial account management, increasing sales of commercial units, identifying opportunities, and developing relationships and business with new and existing commercial clients.

**Responsibility**:

- Maintain, develop & secure commercial business & relationships with commercial contractors, mechanical consultants & specifiers.
- Seek and identify new commercial business opportunities or initiatives that may impact the organisation's overall competitiveness, profitability, and growth.
- Target business initiatives & plans are executed and constructed.
- Networking within the industry to provide effective feedback on market state-of-affairs.
- Participate in and actively promote company products at trade shows and other relevant industry-associated promotional/marketing venues
- Regular visits and call cycles to clients or contractors
- Regular reporting to management on call cycle and market activities.
- Experience in working or dealing with commercial clients/ Mechanical Consultants and Construction/ specification businesses.
- Technical understanding of HVAC equipment is essential.
- Experience in selling Air conditioning, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical Control Systems, or Electrical Services/Devices is preferred.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Strong communication skills
