Our first micro-processor-based traffic controller developed in the early 1970's provided the distributed intelligence for spearheading the development of SCATS real-time adaptive urban traffic control system.

The scope of this role as Service Team Leader is to provide leadership, to control operations and to ensure any works related to this contract are carried out according to the contract Deed and expectations.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Oversees required day-to-day activities of field technician team and plans monthly technician routes.
- Analyzes team performance and recommends changes to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals. Ensures safety compliance.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Service environment, preferrably Transportation, Electronics or Comms
- Leading Hand or Team Leader experience preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
