About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our café, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. You will assist in leading a team of talented baristas and café staff, training them to deliver exceptional service and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

  • Train team members in store processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean workspace in accordance with high hygiene standards.
  • Report and communicate necessary information and feedback to management.

We have multiple Team Leader roles available across our stores, shifts are available Tuesday - Saturday (1pm - 9pm), Tuesday - Saturday (2pm - 10pm), Sunday - Thursday (1pm - 9pm) and Sunday - Thursday (2pm - 10pm).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
