Job DescriptionSupport thedevelopment and implementation of HR initiatives andsystems to streamline HR processes, including recruitment,contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training,performance management.Provide counseling onpolicies and procedures relating to HRBe actively involved inrecruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads andmanaging the hiring process through to second interviewincluding conducting qualifying interviews and testingDeveloptraining and development programs.Assist in performancemanagement processesSupport the management ofdisciplinary and grievance issues.Maintain employee recordsaccording to policy and legal requirements.Review employment andworking conditions and rates to ensure legal compliance.Workwith the intake and asset management to ensure all employeeneeds are met from an access and equipmentperspectiveWorkwith compliance to ensure all NDIS regulations are met froman employee management perspectiveRequirementsExperience in anHR officer,administratororother HRpositionKnowledge of HR functions (pay &benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labour laws anddisciplinary proceduresProficient in MSOfficeOutstanding organizational andtime-management abilitiesExcellent communicationand interpersonal skillsProblem-solving anddecision-making aptitudeStrong ethics andreliabilityBSc/BAin business administration, social studies or relevantfield; further training will be a plusHR CredentialsCompetitive salarypackage.Performance bonusesCareeradvancement opportunitiesWork-LifeBalance initiativesDiversity,Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
