**Head of Creative**

**About the Client**

An Australian women's label focused on designing feminine fashion pieces that don't break the bank. With styles that capture free spirits and inspired by dreams and travels, the brand has been globally loved by all.

**Your New Role**

As the Head of Creative, you will be making the magic happen, leading their in-house creative team to push boundaries and develop visuals for new campaign ideas. This role is perfect for a passionate and creative individual who is ready to share and inspire the team to design and execute these visions.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Own the brand strategy with effective go-to-market campaigns and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
- Play a key role in planning and executing social media campaigns, brand creative strategy and partnerships, and communication projects
- Balance creative/brand needs & high-quality output with efficiency and predictability
- Mentor, lead and inspire our in-house creative talent, keeping the internal team happy, motivated and on track

**About You**:

- 5+ years of experience in creative operations or project management
- Work with the team to develop, understand, maintain, communicate and train all aspects of brand standards, design and production process
- Deep understanding of the creative process, from conception through to execution, and have a keen sensitivity to creative workloads and project deadlines
- Leadership experience, being able to set clear expectations, give constructive feedback and ensure there is motivation and collaboration within the team
