**What's On Offer?**

You are a results-driven sales professional with strong customer service skills, responsible for converting enquiries into new home sales, creating compliant house and land packages, and maintaining up-to-date product and land knowledge.

You will manage client relationships through to project completion, generate referral sales, and ensure accuracy across all administrative tasks and systems. A collaborative team player, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders, support continuous improvement, uphold positive team values, and foster a respectful and constructive work environment.

**What You'll Bring**

Ideally, we're seeking someone with proven experience in a similar role, exceptional sales ability, a strong work ethic, and a high level of commitment. Confidence, drive, focus, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude are also key to success in this position.

Experience in property or sales will be highly regarded.
