One of Hudson's key Government clients is looking for experienced, high performing APS6 and EL1 Policy Program Officers. You will be working in an aviation governance policy role within a team responsible for briefing, collaboration and in communicating with key stakeholders.

**City location.**

The role may include:

- Developing and supporting effective relationships with key aviation agencies
- Policy development and anlaysis
- Research and drafting of advice
- Secretariat/meeting preparation and support.
- Preparation of briefs, ministerial correspondence and research.
- Supporting financial and performance reporting processes.

To be successful for shortlisting, you must have:

- Policy/Program experience within federal government
- Demonstrated ability to draft a range of documentation including briefing, policy advice and correspondence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Strong writing skills is essential as you will prepare high quality reports and briefs, submissions and correspondence.
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to build relationships and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong research skills to support the development of high-quality briefing and advice
