Seeking APS5 Policy Officers, APS6 Senior Policy Officers and EL1 Assistant Directors to work in a high-profile, high-impact policy area in the transport sector

**Positions: Assistant Director/Senior Policy Officer/Policy Officer**

**Non-ongoing or S26 transfer contracts on offer**

**12 months with possibility of extension**

**Location: Canberra City**

**Baseline Clearance is essential**

Key responsibilities:

- Help to develop legislation
- Arrange and execute strong governance arrangements
- Consider and help estimate the social and economic impact of a Fuel Efficiency Standard
- Contribute to the establishment of Australia's first fuel efficiency regulator

Ideally you will have one of the below desired expertise, skills and experience:

- **Experienced in Australian Government policy development and implementation**:
