About The Role

As a High Voltage Electrician, your responsibilities will include:
Performing servicing, repair, and maintenance of AC drive Electric Haul Trucks, workshops, and facilities as directed, in accordance with Thiess maintenance systems documentation.
Working safely and complying with the Site Safety Health and Management System.
Completing general maintenance, breakdown repairs, services, and component change-outs.
Conducting periodical statutory electrical testing and inspections.
Sourcing technical information from reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM, and computer-based systems.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards at all times.
Conducting inspections to maximize equipment utilization.
About you

The ideal candidate will hold:
Queensland Electrical Work Licence or equivalent
HV Switching certification (desirable)
Proven experience in a similar role in heavy industry or construction
Current LVR / CPR
Valid Driver's Licence
Current Standard 11
