**Travelsphere Talent** is recruiting on behalf of their Luxury Travel Client as they are experiencing massive growth and building a new reservations team to work with their existing teams making luxury travel bookings on their product. **ON OFFER**
- **Reservations Specialists**: Base salary of **$58K + super + incentives**:

- **OTE to $85K in year 1, uncapped commission**:

**THE ROLE**

Reservations Specialists will handle bookings, assist guests with luxury tours, and provide an exceptional experience from start to finish.

**Work hours**: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- **Minimum 14 months travel industry **or **Call Center **experience in the Australian Market
- Full working rights
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ability to provide high-quality, friendly, and professional service
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client inquiries effectively
- **Sales Skills**: Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling travel products, with a focus on achieving sales targets while meeting clients' needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
