The Opportunity We have new opportunities available for Advice Associates to join our Financial Wellbeing business in both Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
Before our customers meet a financial planner, they'll likely speak to an Advice Associate.
Within this position you will be working closely with and support our Financial Planners to provide comprehensive administrative support as well as providing a highly personable experience to our customers.
To do this successfully you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Advisers in their delivery of Financial Advice to our customers Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, supporting research, managing documentation, record management and implementation of advice to customers Take ownership of the transition of the client to their Adviser in a manner that suits the customer's needs Implement any customer advice in a timely manner Collaborate with different parts of the business to support business initiatives and support a well-functioning team Continuously build your knowledge of the Advice industry, legislative changes, attend professional development and compliance training sessions and complete all mandatory learning within the required timeframes Successful applications will demonstrate: A Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning (RG146 compliance) or previous experience working in a Financial Planning / Advice business would be highly regarded A proven track record of experience in a busy customer service / client facing role Strong communication skills both written and oral Well-developed rapport building and customer engagement skills Strong organisational and time management skills Sound risk management thinking and practices The ability to role model AIA's Operating Philosophy of "Doing the Right thing, in the Right Way, with the Right people" as the incumbent will be measured against this regularly Why choose AIA: At AIA, we've made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
