You will join a growing team of dynamic and client driven Family lawyers based in Brisbane as a Senior Associate/Associate.

About the Firm

The law firms focus on cultivating positive and lasting client relationships to provide exceptional legal advice and representation.

About the Role

  • Providing excellent legal advice in all aspects of family law such as child support, parenting arrangements, collaborative practice and spousal maintenance.
  • Assisting and negotiating property settlements and binding financial agreements.
  • Acting and representing clients in ADR, arbitration and court proceedings.

About you

  • 3+ PQE Family Lawyer.
  • Capacity to work in a supportive and developing team.
  • Ability to run files on financial agreements, parenting arrangements and child support autonomously and larger files with support and supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to aid in developing client relationships.
