Medequip Connect provides services to over 41,000 people nationwide with the objective of providing reassurance and support to older, disabled or vulnerable people allowing them to remain safely in their own home.We help people maintain independence by providing Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and a range of associated equipment that gives them the confidence of knowing that assistance is available at any time, 24 hours a day.
Our care technology services provide peace of mind to you, your family, and your friends.About the roleAs the Mobile Responder for Medequip Connect, you will be a vital link between our vulnerable clients and the support services they need.You will work a flexible 24/7 rota and will be based at home, responding to calls from our clients who press their buttons on their alarm units, which automatically come through to our friendly Emergency Response Centre.
From there, our operators contact the nearest Community Responder who goes to assess the situation and assist the client or get assistance from the emergency services, if required.
