**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are currently seeking a
**Governance and Risk Lead **to join our team in our West Perth office on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing auditing, assurance, compliance, quality, and risk frameworks and management systems. Your duties will include:

- Governance and risk management policy and framework development
- Assurance, Auditing and Compliance framework development
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Mapping of business processes providing opportunities for integration
- Lead detailed system design processes
- Development of management systems including quality management

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in a similar role in the resources industry
- Lead Auditor qualification with experience in assurance, auditing and compliance
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including stakeholder engagement, management and negotiation
- Sound knowledge of the ISO31000 Risk Management Standard and ISO9000 Quality Management Systems standard
